Microsoft

Africa Reit Limited was tasked to remodel the Microsoft offices along Ngong Ave. The project required a complete redesign of the office interior including fixtures and fittings.

The vision was to have a creative space that gives a relaxed, contemporary setting for a smooth work flow. Working with neutral wood tones and brightly coloured lounge areas, the rooms are arranged in groups to boost collaborative focus.

Suite Life

Secluded and convenient, the Nyangumi Road location offers a fine setting for our development, the suite life apartments. Consisting of 20 two bedroom units spread out over a landscaped garden, the building’s distinct look is enhanced by exterior features – interlocking plane, surface differentiation in colour and texture – which invite and excite.

The light filled interiors, courtesy of large windows, complete the appeal.Architecturally, the theme is contemporary with clean crisp lines defining both the vertical and horizontal planes – keeping it simple.
