In Upperhill, East Africa’s financial capital, you will find Eagle Africa Centre. This custom built, contemporary office tower, developed for Eagle Africa Insurance, is a fitting corporate headquarters.
And why not: it features six levels of open plan office space, modern amenities and two levels of levels of parking. And rising all around is the dynamic Upperhill cityscape. The tower was completed and occupied 2009.
Situated on Wood Avenue, in the trendy Kilimani neighborhood, the wood Avenue Apartments feature striking Tuscan architecture that recalls the classic Italian palazzos. The property consists of 24 luxury apartments laid out in three blocks around a central courtyard. This spectacular urban sanctuary possesses the following features;
– 1- 2bedroom and 2 – 3bedroom apartments blocks,
– Ample parking of at least 2 per apartment,

Africa Reit Limited was tasked to remodel the Microsoft offices along Ngong Ave. The project required a complete redesign of the office interior including fixtures and fittings.
The vision was to have a creative space that gives a relaxed, contemporary setting for a smooth work flow. Working with neutral wood tones and brightly coloured lounge areas, the rooms are arranged in groups to boost collaborative focus.
